How allreach started

I've spent my career on the sending side of cold email. I built an outbound team from nothing and took it from zero to six closed deals in two months. I've carried a quota, run GTM, and sold deliverability tooling to people fighting spam filters every day. Every stop taught me the same thing.

The campaigns that work are the ones where somebody did the unglamorous work underneath.

So when I started allreach, Mila and I ran every client ourselves for the first year. Research, copy, sending infrastructure, every reply. I turned down hires who wanted to manage the work instead of doing it. Today we are four: two of us run operations, and Denys and Arthur engineer the systems. Everyone here has done the job they now design.

We use AI heavily; it would be stupid not to. But every list is verified and every sequence is read by a human before it sends, because outbound is still sales, and sales is still one person writing to another. That's the whole company: small on purpose, and accountable for the number on the dashboard.
