About Compute Exchange

Compute Exchange operates a marketplace for reserved GPU capacity. Buyers submit a single request, and the platform returns availability and pricing from more than 100 providers, replacing the manual process of contacting providers one by one. The addressable buyer base is small and highly specific, which makes every account significant.

The challenge

“After two months we terminated the contract, because we didn't see the results and the communication was broken. We've seen a lot of AI slop in their messages.”
Dmytro Lokshyn Dmytro LokshynHead of Growth, Compute Exchange

Compute Exchange came to Allreach in December 2025, shortly after ending a two-month engagement with another outbound agency that had not produced results. As an early-stage company, it chose to keep its internal team focused on the product and to delegate outbound to a specialist partner. From the start, all copy has been approved by Dmytro Lokshyn, Head of Growth, before launch.

Strategy and execution

01

Market mapping and account research

Allreach mapped buyers by role and company type across inference companies, AI labs and compute resellers, and researched each of several hundred target accounts before outreach.

Niche market research →
02

Contact enrichment and verification

Each contact was enriched with role, company size and industry, and its email address was verified before entering a sequence.

CRM enrichment →
03

Messaging and client approval

Messaging avoided claims that buyers could check against fast-moving market prices and focused on price comparison and queue position. All copy was approved by Compute Exchange before launch.

Outbound campaigns →
04

Multi-route campaign execution

Campaigns ran in parallel across four routes: named accounts, conference attendee lists, referrals and partnerships, and intent signals such as hiring activity, model repositories and LinkedIn engagement. Each route was measured on opportunities generated.

Conference outreach →
05

Sending infrastructure and deliverability

Allreach managed domains, inboxes and sending. Open and click tracking were disabled across all campaigns to protect deliverability.

Outbound campaigns →
06

Reply handling and meeting booking

All replies were managed in a shared inbox and followed up until a meeting was scheduled, including periods when the client’s team had limited capacity to respond.

“With Allreach you're getting good quality and a very custom approach. It's not the out-of-the-box solution you sometimes get with cheaper providers. They really try to understand the business, and there's a lot of personal touch.”

Lessons learned

Initial market sizing showed that standard B2B databases did not cover this buyer group, so the engagement was built on manually researched account lists. Because GPU prices were falling quickly, messaging also had to remain accurate as the market moved. The lessons below came out of that work.

~30

Validate market size before writing copy

The narrowest query in a 70-million-company database returned about thirty companies, most of them providers. Several hundred target accounts were built through enrichment instead.

80%

Remove claims buyers can verify against the market

With token prices down about 80% in a year, rate-lock messaging was dropped in favour of price comparison and queue position.

12%

Engage conference attendees before the event

Attendee lists contacted in the week before each event achieved a 12% reply rate, the highest on the account.

Off

Evaluate campaigns on replies

Open and click tracking were disabled on every campaign to protect deliverability. Performance was measured on replies.

Results across all campaigns

“In the better months we'd get up to 10 meetings a month, and the majority were very sales qualified. It leads to a decent number in the pipeline, sometimes even seven digits.”

Best-performing campaign: social engagement

This campaign targeted people who had already engaged with relevant content on LinkedIn. Each email opened with a reference to that activity, followed by a concise offer and a single call to action.

Examples of booked meetings

Social engagement A reply tagged Positive, Talking and Meeting booked. The prospect thanks Carmen and says yes, they would be open to an intro call.
Conference follow-up A reply tagged Meeting booked on a RAISE Summit thread. The prospect apologises for the delay and offers 4pm or the next day.
Partnership outreach A reply tagged Meeting booked on a partnership thread. The prospect proposes a Wednesday window and asks for an invite.
Named-account campaign A reply tagged Meeting booked. The prospect is looking for more providers, wants a quick chat that week, and lists the NVIDIA GPU types they need.
Named-account campaign A reply tagged Meeting booked from a COO. They are exploring H200 and B300, ask for a quick meeting, and share their own calendar link.

“I really like your persistence, when we were a little bit sloppy to follow up internally. By the third month we'd see a lot of interesting meetings, with top-tier companies as well.”
