About Sitechecker

Sitechecker is an SEO and AEO platform for agencies, in the market for about nine years. Agencies use it to audit sites, track rankings and visibility in AI search, and report results to their clients. The market is crowded: most agencies already pay for Semrush, Ahrefs or Moz, so Sitechecker has to create demand rather than wait for it.

The challenge

“Our audience already has some solutions, and focusing only on AEO is not enough. We needed to reach our market, and that often means creating demand, not just capturing demand.”
Ivan Palii Ivan PaliiHead of Product, Sitechecker

Sitechecker first tried cold outbound three or four years earlier with another agency, and it did not produce results. Ivan Palii puts that partly on the offer at the time and partly on poor communication with the agency.

When the team decided to try again, it weighed LinkedIn ads against cold outbound. With a small team and no in-house experience in deliverability or data enrichment, it chose to work with a partner that could run and test campaigns from the start.

Strategy and execution

01

Agency segments

Allreach focused on marketing, advertising and web-development agencies that report SEO results to clients, split into SEO agencies, web-development agencies, local SEO and Latin America.

Niche market research →
02

Competitor-audience lists

Lists were built from users and followers of Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Profound, Uberall and Vendasta, and every contact was enriched and verified before sending.

03

A message for each tool

Each list got a message about a gap in the tool it already used: ranking drops without a cause, no Search Console data, or per-seat pricing.

Outbound campaigns →
04

Positioning tests

New offers, such as AI-visibility tracking for agencies, were tested in outbound before Sitechecker committed to them. Reply rates showed which positioning had demand.

05

Sending infrastructure

Outreach runs from 38 dedicated mailboxes with warm-up and deliverability monitoring, at around 20,000 emails a month.

Reply handling and tracking

Every reply is handled for Sitechecker’s team, interested prospects are passed on with context, and each opportunity is logged with the campaign it came from.

Lessons learned

Agencies rarely look for a new SEO platform on their own; most already pay for one. The campaigns therefore started from the tool each agency already used and the gap it leaves.

35

Reach a competitor’s users

Two campaigns aimed at Semrush users produced 35 opportunities from about 4,000 people.

6×

Start from what prospects engaged with

The social engagement campaign produced six times more opportunities per person than the account average.

AEO

Test positioning before committing

New offers, such as AI-visibility tracking, were tested on agencies before Sitechecker built around them.

7

Follow a competitor’s audience

Campaigns to followers of Uberall and Vendasta produced 7 opportunities in their first month.

The biggest deal: one agency, 80 projects

“A couple of whales, if we close them, the math changes. When you close some big deal from this channel, you start believing you definitely have to continue.”
Ivan Palii Ivan PaliiHead of Product, Sitechecker

In March 2026, a campaign built on LinkedIn follower lists reached a marketing agency managing about 80 active client projects. It needed 8,000 to 10,000 tracked keywords and asked for custom pricing. The deal closed at $8,000 a year, the largest single deal from the program.

Best-performing campaign: social engagement

This campaign reached people who had recently engaged with relevant content on LinkedIn, sent in Ivan Palii’s name. Each email opened with a reference to that activity, followed by a short offer and one question.
